Do you have minimums?

We DO NOT have minimums on any of our custom items.  However, we do offer some great discounts for bulk orders.  Be sure to ask us about them.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of turning your design into an embroidery file.  Some designs are done in house and some are handled by a 3rd party.

What kind of leather do you use?

All our patches are made from Wickett & Craig bridle leather.  We chose this leather because of the tannery values and practices.  Bridle leather is very durable and holds up well in all weather conditions.  Other leather goods are product specific. Check out each product description for more information.

What are your turn around times?

Once your invoice has been paid, you can expect to get your order within 2-3 weeks.  Depending on the time of year, we often delivery early.

What styles of hats and clothing can I get?

The sky is the limit!  We work with many different vendors and do our best to get you the products that best suit your brand.  We believe that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to custom brand wear.  Maybe Richardson 112 trucker hats fit your brand or you lean more towards a dad hat style.  Either way, we are ready to help you find the best fit for your brand and your budget.

Can I bring my own items?

Yes!  Customer supplied hats and apparel are always welcome.  We can embroider or apply leather patches on most items.  Keep in mind, that we have access to many suppliers and can often get your items for a lower cost.

What are the design requirements for embroidery?

Requirements vary depending on garment, placement, etc.  We request that you upload your logo in a pdf or vector format.  Small print is often the hardest to work with.  Changes may need to be made to "beef up" the text.  The best thing to do is send us your design and let us take a look.  

How much will it cost?

We pride ourselves on offering affordable, competitive pricing alongside great quality.  There are many factors that determine your price/item cost.  Contact us and we'd be happy to give you a quote!

Can I see my design before I commit?

Yes!  We offer FREE digital mockups.  We don't move forward on your order without your approval.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!  When placing your order, just let us know you'd like "local pickup" and we'd be happy to waive the shipping fee.
